- Do something spontaneous.
- Participate in a hobby.
- Take a shower or a bath.
Method 4: Being Social:
- Talk to a friend.
- Go out and ize.
- Spend time with a pet.
- Focus on others.
Some days are just bad days, that’s all. You have to experience sadness to know happiness, and remind yourself that not everyday is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is.
One can differentiate happiness from sadness only when one experiences how it feels to be sad at all!! Yes it’s true that all of us come across something that which disturbs our mind at some point in our lives….but here lies a difference between a courageous and a cowardly person… Make sure how much ever hard might be the situation you are not depressed. The word happiness would lose it’s meaning if it were not balanced with sadness.
