Travelling it leaves you speechless….then turns you into a storyteller!!! Very well said isn’t it??
Of course to travel first we need to have some energy and that energy is provided by FOOD yippeee!! Let me tell you guys there is no sincere love than love for food. Me and my friend are foodies…..cooking and shopping for food brings rhythm and meaning to our lives….
Our journey starts towards Mumbai city out of a purpose and our day started with the most interesting and famous street food of Maharashtra VADAPAV….
India is not only famous for it’s beautiful ancient architectures but also for it’s delicious signature dishes. A vadapav is a bun with potatoes mixed with Indian spices filling. It is a fast-food or Indian hamburger.
Now we moved towards the most famous Taj Mahal Palace Hotel
Magnificent: The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel overlooking the sea and the Gateway of India
The Taj is not just a hotel, it is a state of grace. The beautiful architecture of this magnificent building attracts everyone. The hotel has hosted many notable guests, from presidents to captains of industry and stars of show business.
The Gateway of India another wonderful monument in India which overlooks the Arabian sea.It lies at the end of Chhatrapati Shivaji Marg at the water’s edge in Mumbai Harbor.
Finally we move on to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal (CST) which is a historic railway station in Mumbai. CST has 18 bay platforms in which 7 are local suburban trains and 11 are for long distance out station trains on the east side of the station.
The station was eventually rebuilt as the Victoria Terminus, named after the then reigning Queen, and has been subsequently renamed Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CSTM) after the 17th-century king. The shortened name is now CST.
Our journey in Mumbai comes to an end…yet to travel a lot….we shall not cease from travelling, and the end of our travelling will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time….
Stay tuned for some more interesting updates!!!!
